SearchMarquette's Teacher Wish Lists

Many teachers purchase classroom supplies throughout the school year, often supplementing what is already available with items they know will benefit their students. Public Amazon Wish Lists provide a simple way for educators to organize those needs and make them available to parents, families, friends, and community members who would like to help.
Creating an Amazon Wish List
Teachers can create a Wish List by signing in to their Amazon account, selecting Account & Lists, and choosing Create a List. Give the list a recognizable name—such as your classroom, grade level, or subject—and begin adding items that support your students and classroom environment.
Common additions include books, classroom supplies, art materials, educational resources, organizational items, technology accessories, and other learning tools.
Sharing Your Wish List
Once your Wish List has been created, Amazon provides a shareable public link that can be copied and shared with others.
The SearchMarquette Teacher Wish Lists directory at SearchMarquette.net/wishlist was created to provide local and regional educators with a dedicated place to share those public Wish Lists. Instead of links becoming difficult to find after social media posts move down the news feed, approved submissions can be discovered in one organized location throughout the school year.
Before You Submit
Before submitting your Wish List:
Verify that your Amazon Wish List is set to be shared publicly.
Review your list and remove any items you no longer need.
Add a brief description of your classroom so visitors understand how the requested supplies will be used.
Confirm that your public Wish List link works correctly before submitting it.
How the SearchMarquette Teacher Wish Lists Directory Works
Teachers may submit their classroom information and a public Amazon Wish List using the submission form available on SearchMarquette.net/wishlist.
Each submission is reviewed before publication. Once approved, the classroom listing becomes part of the directory, allowing community members to browse participating educators and open each teacher's public Amazon Wish List directly.
SearchMarquette does not process purchases, collect donations, or manage classroom Wish Lists. The directory simply helps connect local educators with community members by making publicly shared Wish Lists easier to discover. All purchases and fulfillment take place through Amazon using the teacher's own public Wish List.
Common Classroom Supplies
Every classroom is different, but Amazon Wish Lists often include items such as:
Books and reading materials
Pencils, pens, crayons, and markers
Paper, notebooks, and folders
Glue, scissors, and craft supplies
Dry erase markers and classroom organizers
Tissues, disinfecting wipes, and hand sanitizer
Headphones and classroom technology accessories
Educational games and hands-on learning materials
Whether someone chooses to purchase one item or several, every contribution can help equip a classroom with resources that support student learning throughout the school year. By providing a permanent, searchable directory of local classroom Wish Lists, SearchMarquette aims to make it easier for teachers to share their needs and for the community to discover opportunities to support local education.
