Admittedly, I wasn't a fan of the new meter system initially, but I'm gradually warming up to it. Nor should we spend excessive time complaining about it. In fact, having lots and spaces always vacant and available would be a much worse problem. It would signify that our downtown lacks the vibrancy and appeal that makes it the heart of our community.
